Friendship is not always easy to describe. The Eskimos, they say, have a hundred different words for snow. Unfortunately, English is not so innovative, remains as a cherished friendship feeling among us all. In cartoons we see such a friendship in which the characters share the true feelings of humanity. Friendships between the legendary cartoon characters include --
1. Tom and Jerry:
Tom and Jerry are the award-winning academic cat (Tom) and mouse (Jerry) team who formed the basis of a series of successful cartoons. They share the perfect recipe for friendship in the ambivalence of love and tease each other. Tom is very angry and thin skin, while Jerry is independent and opportunistic. Although very energetic and determined, Tom is no match for Jerry's brains and spirit. But they are complementary, such as cheese and milk.
2. Called Jughead and Archie:
